The two themes at play are: Sad Bureaucracy & Weird Horror, so consider yourself forewarned.  

This Zungeon would be suitable for any game where the players might need to visit a modern notary, like if they needed to get a sub-lease for a new secret HQ notarized, or update their auto tags on the action van, in game marriages/divorces, stuff like that. I wrote this with The Lost Bay in mind, and it will work with whatever you got.
